When you use the form, we process your first name, email address and selected market to verify your email with a one-time code and, once confirmed, notify you when Tiquis Miquis becomes available for sale in that market.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time for the future by emailing tiquismiquis.de@gmail.com.

3. Retention

Submitted data is first stored separately until the verification code is entered. The code is valid for 30 minutes. Only after successful verification is the entry added to the confirmed notification list.

After confirmation, the provisional file is deleted. Confirmed data is retained only for as long as necessary to notify you about availability and the related promotion, or until you withdraw consent, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

4. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS. Technical server logs needed for secure and stable operation may be processed when you visit, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referring page, and browser and system information.

5. Cookies, tracking and analytics

The current version does not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or external analytics services. If this changes, we will update this notice and obtain prior consent where required.

6. Age confirmation

To avoid showing the age question on every visit, the website may store tm_age_en=yes locally in your browser. This does not contain your name or email and can be deleted at any time through your browser’s site data.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by technical and hosting providers where necessary to operate the website. It will not be shared for other purposes unless a legal basis exists or you have given consent.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
