2. Registration for “The First 500”

When you register through the form, we process your first name, email address and selected delivery market to verify your email with a one-time code and, once confirmed, keep you informed about Tiquis Miquis and The First 500 in that market.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time for the future by emailing tiquismiquis.de@gmail.com.

3. Retention of registration data

Submitted data is stored separately and provisionally on the website hosting infrastructure until the verification code is entered. The code is valid for 30 minutes and, until confirmation, the details are not added to the official waiting list.

After successful confirmation, the provisional file is deleted and a notification is sent to the appropriate contact address. Unconfirmed registrations are removed during periodic technical cleanup. Confirmed registration data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide information about Tiquis Miquis and The First 500, or until you withdraw consent, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

4. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by IONOS. When the site is accessed, technically necessary server logs may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and system information. This supports secure and stable operation.

5. Cookies, tracking and analytics

The current version does not use analytics or advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded analytics services. If that changes, this notice will be updated and prior consent will be obtained where required.

6. Age confirmation

To avoid showing the age question on every visit, this site may store tm_age_en=yes locally in your browser. It contains no name or email address and may be deleted at any time through your browser's site-data settings.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting and technical service providers required to operate the website. It will not be disclosed for unrelated purposes unless there is a legal basis or you have consented.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
